The Mercury Group has been involved with the City Bowls Club in Colac since 2012, as gaming service provider. There knowledge of EGMs and the repairs and maintenance program has been a major factor in assisting the Club. Together with Compliance, promotions and marketing, it has been a great partnership.

In more recent time, Mercury has undertaken the management of the Club, and has been able to provide a stabilisation that we have never experienced before. From the overall management and booking support, the Mercury team has been able to ensure us a strong future, particularity within the current COVID-19 period.

I would have do hesitation to promote the Mercury Group as a gaming service provider or a management group.

It is with much pleasure that I convey my thoughts in relation to the support and assistance that the Bairnsdale Bowls Club has received from the Mercury Group over many years.

Our club joined Mercury in 2012 and have been linked with them ever since.  We had no hesitation in taking up our option of early renewal of contract with Mercury when given the opportunity in 2017.  What is particularly pleasing is the knowledge that if assistance is needed it is always available.  Some of the things that I would like to mention are:  Human Resources assistance, management/presentation of our regular promo events, gaming planning and operational support, opportunity to participate in regular gaming/hospitality conferences, to mention a few.

However, clearly the most significant has been the enormous level of support through the COVID-19 management.  This has been outstanding, firstly in the close down process, then the reopening process and also the constant update through the ever changing landscape.

It is mentally very comforting to know that we have a “go to” for advice, assistance, information and support.
